We can help with our personal training sessions. Get back on course and build a foundation of strength and fitness on your terms. Our Personal Training sessions are custom designed for each individual, accommodating your personal starting point. Offering Personal, Semi-Private (2 people) and Group Training (up to 6 people) along with regular assessments, basic nutrition information and advice come with your sessions to propel you back to health.
Regain that confidence, be able to run around with your kids and feel like you are making the most of your life and opportunities by being challenged and supported in our personal training sessions. Our sessions include variety to eliminate boredom and plateaus. Training styles include:
- Circuit /Weight/Resistance Training
- Cardio Training
- And for those interested, an introduction into martial arts can be provided (Basics of Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu)
