Our comprehensive program concentrates on developing independent, strong and confident youth within our community.
History has shown involvement in Martial Arts to be an excellent teacher of valuable life skills including discipline, integrity, problem solving and teamwork. Our Kids MMA Program aims to build focus, confidence and a love for physical activity through clear instruction, repetition and a hands-on coaching approach.
Working on all aspects of Kids MMA fundamentals (Fitness, Technique, Coordination, Confidence and Self-Defence), our program helps children learn to manage physical and emotional challenges, work positively with others of all abilities and realise their individual potential, building lifelong positive habits and strong, resilient minds.
A Typical Class Includes:
Warm-Up:
Jogging, hopping, rolling, balance and coordination drills designed to build strong movement patterns, body awareness and overall athletic ability.
Technique Delivery:
Coaches explain and demonstrate age-appropriate MMA fundamentals with a focus on safety, positioning and basic grappling control.
Drilling Time as a Team:
Students practise techniques with a partner under close coach supervision, building confidence, teamwork and technical understanding.
Team Question Time:
Students are encouraged to ask questions, discuss challenges and develop communication skills in a supportive group environment.
Controlled Live Drills:
Age-appropriate, closely supervised drills where students safely apply learned skills in realistic scenarios.
Participation is for Boys and Girls and requires attending a MINIMUM of two sessions per week.
All classes are run by a qualified coach, with additional support coaches.

7 – 10 YEARS – Mondays to Thursdays 4:30pm – 5:15pm
11 – 15 YEARS – Mondays to Thursdays 5:15pm – 6:00pm
