Mixed Martial Arts is the fastest growing sport in the world. It dates back to the Ancient Greek Olympics. Its modern rise began in 1993 in the USA when the Gracie family began UFC to showcase various styles in a no rules contest. MMA is considered a complete system combining elements of grappling and striking – A system that covers all bases.
MMA is a diverse ring and cage-proven form of self defense and a fantastic way to get fitter, stronger and more confident.
- We advise a minimum of 12 months prior training in a form of Martial Arts, or MMA. If you have no prior experience, we advise to begin in one of the Martial Arts we offer; BJJ or Muay Thai to begin your foundation.
